Life is quite complex, right? And when we are faced with new life transitions such as entering a relationship, leaving a relationship, moving, graduating, having kids, and other changes to your current status of living, the complexities can be overwhelming and even hard to see through sometimes. This can create uncertainties or new emotions and thoughts about who you are, who you want to be, and your relationships. And, it can even be lonely.

Our counseling services are individualized and private spaces for you to navigate these changes and your thoughts and feelings around them with someone you trust. For the betterment of not only yourself, but your relationships too.

We are open for counseling on Wednesdays and Thursdays and can meet both in-office or virtually. We offer this service to individuals and family units. Sessions can be scheduled for 60-minutes or 90-minutes (typically reserved when more than one person is present for session).

Info on our office location and in-house therapist are below. Please contact us for costs. Once you have an understanding of costs, you have a right to a Good Faith Estimate of any expected costs to you at any time of service.

If you are ready to connect and learn more about these services, please call us at 262-342-6759. We can have a brief conversation to see if we are a fit to do this work together and schedule an introductory session.

Sara schnake, LMFT-T

I am Sara, a licensed marriage and family therapist resident passionate about coming alongside women navigating their roles and relationships. I have extensive experience working with teens and young adults within their current and upcoming life stages, supporting them while they work to understand both themselves and their relationships more. People I have worked with experienced anxiety, depression, relational trauma and challenges, and substance use, all of which we addressed within the individualized space created for them. I also have clinical interest in faith-based counseling, disordered eating patterns, and the parent-child relationship. I am trained and certified in programs such as Prepare/Enrich, Love and Logic, and the Protective Factor Framework.

As a therapist I am influenced by systems (looking at all of the networked relational and interactive systems around you) and strategic methodologies. We will work together toward making better sense of what is happening and how it is impacting how you see the world and interact with others.

I understand the very personal nature to navigating changes, challenges, and our roles in life. I would love the opportunity to be someone who can listen, encourage, and help you make sense of them.
