A Smitten Life is a ministry to women. We offer unique spaces to authentically learn, connect, and grow.
We believe in living authentically in our God-given identities, knowing that honest conversations are opportunities to speak into one another’s messy, complicated, and beautiful lives. We believe that life requires a continual process of learning about our great God, ourselves, and how to grow in relationship with him and others. We believe these things are best experienced and shared in relationship, as one body, offering encouragement through truth, grace, and love.
A Smitten Life dreams to offer women the safe spaces to experience these values, among mentors and friends, becoming smitten with her God and her life because of Him.

Sara Schnake, MS, LMFT-T - founder & in-house therapist
Sara founded A Smitten Life because she herself had trouble finding a community of women that felt real, meaningful, and lasting. She loves intentionally engaging in conversation and has created a company around simply that. Through counseling or the community-based events, Sara is passionate about creating a unique space for women to come, learn or connect, and leave feeling seen and refreshed.
In her more day-to-day living you can find Sara at a local farmers market and walking to the beach with her family in the summer or cozied up with a cup of coffee in the winter.
